Graduate program

Our Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates moving from their undergraduate university studies into the workforce.

Opportunities

Through the support of committed mentors, during your first two years of employment on the Graduate Program, graduates participate in a development program including induction and field placements throughout the plant. Graduates are given an opportunity to build an experience base within operational and project environments and are encouraged to pursue additional professional endeavours.

You’ll be offered industry-specific training, professional development, and networking opportunities as you consolidate the theory you’ve learned and put it into practice.
